There are no questions about coffee, tea and confectionery. But the barista girl is still rude! I forgot my glasses at home and asked politely, I note, and not in a whisper, to tell me how much tea there is. There was just silence for a minute. I politely repeated the question again, plus explained the reason that I couldn't see well, and the answer was "small and big." Yes, as an employee, she already has to memorize the volume of drinks sold! In general, the service is miserable! I haven't seen this in a long time! And this is at the train station, where tourists come too, who will form such an opinion about the capital. By the way, they didn't give me any help with choosing the volume.

We ordered two tarts with a friend: lemon and salted caramel, as well as a matcha latte and tea. The desserts are delicious, but the matcha latte didn't seem to have the most important ingredient added at all, and I was drinking fresh milk. The tea is generally almost tasteless and looks like the fruit juice was held in your mouth and spat out into a cup.
Next, a situation that still makes me very angry: when my friend ordered a tart, she called it a tartlet, which, strictly speaking, is not a big mistake, since the very definition of a tartlet is a small tart. However, the barista did not think so. I swear, she exhaled as if we had personally spat on her life, and not the girl had made a mistake with the name. After a long and heavy exhale, she decided that making my friend look like an idiot in front of other customers was a very cool idea. I quote:
— We don't have tartlets and we never will. Tart and tartlet are completely different and there is a huge difference between them.
And then her vocabulary ran out and she couldn't explain the difference (plus I just said, "Thanks, girl, we get it," because I didn't want her to embarrass herself any further).
I understand everything, long, hard shifts, but why can't you correct: "You probably meant tartare," why try to humiliate a person? Is it that hard? None of us behaved, so why behave like that?

It is convenient that there are sockets near the train station, if you need to work, upholstered chairs. The coffee is normal, I always take it with almond or hazelnut milk. I took it on almond for the last time. The package was ne moloko barista (I don't know what brand of milk there was earlier), but this time I gave the coffee to my husband, I couldn't drink it, because it tasted like some kind of soy mixture. Before this incident, coffee was always normal 👌

I love this coffee shop very much, but today a girl was serving (I didn't see a name badge, but she has a pierced lower lip in two places, short hair, short stature), the girl is very uninterested in customers, doesn't react in any way, ordered a croissant with chocolate, after payment they didn't give me the check, and they brought something blurry in No one asked me if I needed to keep it warm, and when asked why they gave it to me, they answered, "It's not my fault, it's the production." I never took coffee, but it was either burnt or something was not added, occasionally there was good coffee.The tables are really dirty, as they wrote in previous reviews, this is a problem for the employer, he cannot provide 2 baristas on shift.
When serving, the barista rolled her eyes when I corrected that I had almond syrup, and not, as she said, coconut almonds.
I had to wait for coffee for more than 25 minutes, because at first the girl just disappeared, and then she came out and took a break for another 10 minutes.

the staff is mostly friendly, sometimes it happens that they don't say hello, etc., but this can be understood!
coffee is always delicious, sandwiches are delicious, cakes are also normal. orders are treated carefully, there has never been such a thing that they did not do what I asked for.
many people here are outraged by the lack of toilets, but as far as I know, a toilet is rare in hotfixes (or there are none at all, I have not met them)
the self-service table is always neat, everything is always there.
It's nice that there is an outlet near each table.

We ordered a raf and a latte. The Raf was done, but the latte was not heard of for a long time. We decided to find out for ourselves. As it turned out, the latte was given away, although only one person came up (took the nut cappuccino). As a result, it did not work out to have a normal conversation and drink coffee.
