In general, the hotel is not bad, it is located on a quiet street. There is paid parking behind the hotel.
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I immediately warn everyone not to take the 5th floor, there is either an air conditioner or ventilation installed on the roof, it buzzes 24 hours a day, if you can't hear it during the day, then it's problematic to fall asleep at night. Another feature, the room is full of switches that do not turn anything on and off :)
In winter, it's cool on the 5th floor, I asked for a second blanket, a work colleague lived on the 3rd floor, he had warmth in the room.

He lived for three nights.
With my own money, it's quite decent.
Of the advantages: WiFi, breakfast, security, quiet and peaceful, clean bed, towels are changed every day.
Of the cons: there is mold on the side of the stall in the bathroom (take rubber slippers with you), they don't bother much with cleaning (after the remark, they corrected themselves).
Next time I'll go, but I'll ask you to clean the room better in advance.
