It's a very cool hotel. Although it's 4 stars, the service and food are at 5. There's a bigger 5-star hotel across the street, also Villa Side.

My vacation lasted from August 16 to August 24, 2024. I was with my daughter for 9 years. I will write right away that I was on vacation abroad for the first time and used the all-inclusive system for the first time.
The hotel is about an hour's drive from the airport, I think it's close. Beautiful facade, well-groomed territory. They met us at the gate, took our suitcases and bags and showed us to the reception. There was a staff member at the reception who absolutely did not understand Russian and was openly angry that I did not understand English. The tension was relieved by bellboy, a man who carries suitcases, he knew Russian, English, German, and Turkish. We were settled at 11 o'clock, despite the fact that the official check-in is at 14 o'clock. No additional payment was taken! For that, my respects! But if you check out late, you will be charged, 1 hour-1000 rubles. We left at 5 a.m., we were given a lunch box (a pear, a waffle, a bun and 5 portion candies for it) We never met the cleaning lady, but we didn't stay in the room much either. They remove the norms, make bows and swans out of bedspreads (the child was happy). The audibility of the neighboring rooms is perfect. I woke up to the alarm clock of the neighbors, in the evening we listened to a German movie that was playing in the next room. There are a lot of Germans. All employees speak German well, most likely this is a prerequisite. It is not for nothing that they write everywhere that this is a "German" department. There is scant evening animation, but you can and even need to go to the 5-star hotel of the same network for evening animation:first the children's room, then the adult one. In our room, the door lining in the toilet and in the room were damaged, and a decorative pillow was burned through. I didn't pay much attention to it! The pools on the territory are clean, very chlorinated. 2 children's slides, work according to the schedule. The food in the restaurant is good and delicious. It seems to be the same thing (pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, fries, fish, chicken, lamb, beef), but if you combine it in different ways, take different vegetables, drinks-then quite a varied menu. The restaurant is big, there was always enough space. There are a lot of people for dinner. Tablecloths were also met with burnt cigarette ashes. Unfortunately, you can smoke everywhere. And in the rooms, and by the pool, and in the restaurant. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea along the sidewalk, but you can also leave on a golf cart-type car monitor. It carries for free from 8 to 18h, on a first-come, first-served basis. The beach is big, we always had enough sun beds too. Clean. The beach bar is so-so. They don't know Russian there either 😁 The sea is magnificent! Lovely gentle, long entrance, clean, warm, but very salty! My daughter got irritated after 3 days, and the rest of the days she only swam in the pool. The eyes will open for both children and adults. There is a shower on the order to wash off the salt! In general, I recommend this hotel to not sophisticated people!!! And thank you for a good rest no matter what!!!!

Great hotel! An honest foursome!
The beer glasses are large. The beach is three (3) minutes away! Not 4, not 5 and not 7 as they say, but 3!!! Who is far away, there is an electric car that will take you home in 1 minute. There are plenty of sun beds, even on the first line there is always one. Ice cream and waffles by the pool for afternoon tea. Ice cream for dinner. Lettuce is cut online, straight to you! A minus bar on the beach until 16:30.
