We stayed at the Turan Prince Hotel [month, year] and were very satisfied!
📍 Location
The hotel is located in a convenient location – close to the sea (a few minutes on foot), there are shops, cafes and public transport nearby. At the same time, the territory is quiet, without unnecessary noise.
🏨 Room
The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and modern renovation. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, balcony (in our case, overlooking the pool). The Wi-Fi was stable.
🍽 Food
The breakfasts are varied and delicious: fresh fruits, hot dishes, pastries, good coffee. If you took dinners, you weren't disappointed either: the choice is decent, the quality is excellent. The staff at the restaurant is polite and attentive.
, Beach and grounds
To the sea – 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach is clean, with sun beds and umbrellas (free of charge for hotel guests). The water is clear, the entrance is convenient. There is a well–maintained swimming pool with a relaxation area, always clean and pleasant.

The staff was helpful and friendly: they helped with questions at the reception, and the maids worked carefully. Special thanks for the help in arranging the transfer!

A hotel for families with children. There are a lot of children here, and we came with the children. The food is round the clock, the drinks are good. We were here in 2017, I was afraid it would get worse. But it's gotten better: the bathrooms have been renovated, and the Wi-Fi is good throughout the territory. And the food tasted better. But just as they did not know how to cook milk porridge, they still do not know how.
The staff is friendly, some understand English, Russian, some only Turkish and sign language. Daily cleaning, daily change of towels and linen, the minibar is replenished. The beach is cool for kids: a gentle entrance with sand.

+ Meals (both in the restaurant and on the beach), rooms, cleaning, sea, beach, pool, hammam, slides, Playground. We had a rest with a 2-year-old child, we really liked everything from this list
- Children's animation (we lacked children's dancing in the evenings, the child of 2 years old did not need contests at all, but I really wanted to listen to music and dance); The reception employee, who constantly pretended not to understand and not speak Russian, but it was not so scary, since my husband and I both speak English, it's just the fact that we heard him communicate well in Russian with other visitors, and with us in every possible way made it clear that "mine is yours not to understand." He tried to cheat us out of $50. We extended the room, there was one employee in the morning, she did not have change, she sent a messenger for change, we did not want to wait and we agreed, she left a note that we would come after 17 and pick up the change. We came to check out and pick up the change, but there was a shift change and this man was at the reception, who refused in every possible way, said that he did not see any records, although his colleague made a record with me and showed where, I asked him to call her, because they are colleagues and ask her, he repeated the same thing "I do not know, there is nothing anywhere," I had to tell him exactly where this magazine and entry were, making it clear that I was aware of everything and was not going to give him my money. He was very unhappy, as was I, actually. Such "comrades" spoil the overall impression of the hotel, of course.
In general, almost everything was pleasant and we were satisfied with the rest, but we probably wouldn't have gone a second time, we would have tried something else
