Good location of the hotel, 4 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. On the ground floor there are grocery and hardware stores where you can buy everything you need. Cafes, canteens for every taste and budget are within walking distance. We lived in room 1 and room 4 (with kitchenette). The rooms are clean and cozy. The rooms are large. In room 1, the bed is very comfortable, in room 4, the bed is very uncomfortable (the springs dug into the sides, I had to lay all the blankets in the room, but it didn't really help), the pillows are standard, synthetic. The showers are large. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. A washing machine and an iron can be used. Of the minuses: the bed is not comfortable (I wrote earlier), the garbage was rarely taken out (I had to take it out myself), frequent power outages (but this is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia), the Internet and TV worked poorly (after another blackout), a diesel generator was working loudly outside the window of room 4 (interfered with sleep), outside the window of room 1 the highway (itself is not very busy, but the locals constantly honk at each other - say hello, and brake with a characteristic sound). The attitude of some locals leaves much to be desired.
A wonderful place, we were in the month of July, the location is excellent, I will definitely return next year.
The hostess is responsive and supportive.
