The Tengri Hotel left a pleasant impression. The room was clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed and everything you need. The staff was polite and helpful, and quickly helped with any questions. The breakfast is delicious, although I would like a little more variety. The location is convenient — close to attractions and bus stops. Overall, a decent hotel for a comfortable stay.
I want to share my experience of staying in a hotel during a business trip to Astana. Overall, the impression of the hotel was not bad.
The breakfasts, which were included in the room rate, turned out to be quite satisfying and of high quality. Although they weren't exquisite, they could be eaten without much trouble.
The rooms, of course, required minor repairs, but in general they corresponded to the declared 3-star level.
However, I had some problems with the hotel administration. During my stay, a national dance team consisting of about 10-20 girls was settled in the hotel. What was happening in the corridors and rooms was difficult to describe in words: the screams, running, and noise lasted until 1-2 a.m.
The most amazing thing was that the hotel administration seemed completely indifferent to what was happening. They didn't respond to all my comments.
