It's not even a bad hotel. I had a room with a tile and a washing machine. Always clean bed linen and towels. The manager incorrectly arranged the days of stay when booking. Instead of 10, I ordered 9. But he, as a gentleman, put me in another room for free. In general, I liked everything. I recommend.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located on the second floor of a residential building. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is a computer club in the arch of the house, do not choose a room with windows on it, otherwise the local youth will not let you sleep)) We went to the Tiflisi restaurant for dinner, which is 1 minute away. It's a great place!)

The hotel is located at a different address. There is a hot water outage in the hotel. We cleaned the room, the staff was not friendly, we looked at the bags. There was a bag with appliances in the closet after cleaning, it was pulled out and thrown into place without folding a blanket. Towels were not changed after 2 nights of stay. Water is brought free of charge for 1 liter. Also, the bed linen was not changed for 2 days. On the very first day, the hair dryer broke, repairs were waiting for half a day. The balcony is public, as well as the hotel's linen and towels are dried there and there is also a smoking area. The hotel is not suitable for non-smokers. The sound insulation is poor. There are residential apartments from the top, so repairs, footsteps and conversations are very audible, and noise from the corridor is also audible.
The room has no windows to the street, only to the balcony, so it is very dark and difficult to wake up. It is also not comfortable to ventilate the room, since they smoke on the balcony and it is impossible to breathe it and it is not comfortable to open the curtains so that at least a little light comes in, so there are people on the balcony all the time.Photos presented after cleaning the room, and a shared balcony. The price does not match the quality.
The washing machine is working. Just not thoughtfully how to dry clothes after washing. The dryer in the bathroom does not work and there are no additional clothes dryers on the balcony. An ironing board and an iron are in the hallway in the shared access.

The hotel is wonderful! We are very pleased that we found it and booked it. The location of the hotel, as it turned out, is very good. All the sights and the beach were 5-7 minutes away. So we managed to walk around everything. There are many places nearby where you could try Georgian cuisine. The hotel is brand new. Our room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay in the room. In addition to the huge bed, there is also a sofa. You can comfortably accommodate a family. There is a lot of space to place things. Spacious bathroom. Snow-white bed linen and towels. We managed to see other rooms, they also have a kitchen area, a washing machine, but our option was quite enough for us. The hotel administration is very responsive young people. They responded to our requests very quickly, which made it even more pleasant to be there. Feel free to book rooms, guests of Batumi.
