When booking a hotel, it is not written anywhere that self-check-in.
The PIN code from the safe with the keys did not come to the post office. We arrived at 12 at night, there is no one.
Couldn't check in, phone and mail are not answered.
I found one number, apparently an employee or owner, described the whole situation to her, attached the reservation number and asked for the code.
In response, I received one message, call here (the hotel's phone number) and that's it, silence, I had to look for another hotel 3 times more expensive on Sunday night, there is no refund…
