We called the hotel and clarified the purchase through the Biglion website, in fact, the purchased apartments for the dates indicated in the ticket are available both on the website and by phone, but according to the ticket they refused to give a room with a balcony, a sky room without a balcony at first they said it was possible, then they stopped responding altogether, I attach correspondence in messages, and the most interesting thing is they they just refused, they didn't even explain the reason
