The best service I’ve ever seen in Tbilisi (I’ve been there way too many times). Location is perfect, very friendly, comfortable. Price is nice, breakfast included. Try to get a room on the second floor ;)

A clean hotel with good service. Large rooms, clean and new plumbing, normal pressure and water temperature. Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. The location is both a plus and a minus. Plus, because it is close to the old town and restaurants. It's a disadvantage because the road across the river is noisy, and it can interfere with someone's sleep. Well, the balcony is hanging over the river, people with a fear of heights are not an option) A hard mattress and not very comfortable pillows are not suitable for everyone. Breakfast is very bad. Porridge on water, very thin and tasteless. The coffee is terrible, although I drink almost any kind)) The scrambled eggs are tough and tasteless. In general, we can assume that there is no breakfast.

Great rooms, warm, comfortable, clean. The dining room has a beautiful view from the window. The hotel itself is in the city center, it is very convenient. I liked everything!
