We stayed in an apartment. It's clean and cozy. There is a friendly staff at the reception. They allowed me to leave my things before and after check-in without any problems. They don't speak Russian)
Of the cons:
The kettle is broken, and the shower doors don't close tightly. Since we lived on the 1st floor, women were constantly walking under the windows and hanging up the laundry.
