My wife and I booked this hotel for the beginning of March 2020. We wanted to meet on March 8th in the city of love. We paid for 4 nights of accommodation, bought air tickets. But the coronavirus intervened. Tourists were advised, including by the French leadership, not to visit the country during the outbreak of a dangerous disease. We, through booking, and then directly contacted the hotel management about canceling the reservation, refunding at least part of the funds for the stay, or, as an alternative, postponing the booking dates. To which they initially received a categorical refusal, and then an impudent offer to pay another 50% of the cost to postpone the booking dates for the future. The hotel did not make any other concessions, nor did it accept any arguments. Self-esteem and greed for profit took over. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. People should stay human.
