Friendly staff and awesome sea view are the only advantages of the hotel. “Double room” was super small. Bathroom was like 1.5m^2, its door can be opened only by half because it hits a shower cabin, too hard even to turn around. A blanket was just a big towel, too uncomfortable, and looks like they do not have other blankets. Also there was a nest in a bathroom ventilation. A balcony door handle didn’t work like there was no latch at all. Stayed for two days and had no room cleaning. One of criteria for us to choose a hotel was availability of parking, and one night it was good, another night it was full so we should have parked on the next street far enough.

A small but cozy hotel with its own swimming pool. Not far from the center of Kasha. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, friendly hosts who will help you solve any problem. Arrange a transfer from Antalya or Dalaman for reasonable money. I have been visiting this hotel for the third year. The view of the sea and the surrounding area from the restaurant is magical. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there.

I really liked the hotel, convenient location, small cozy rooms with excellent sea views. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. There is a private pool, but we did not swim, we went to the sea every day. It's not always possible to park near the hotel, but there's plenty of room down the street.

A good hotel, if the room has a view of the sea and is higher, it's generally wonderful. The breakfast is excellent, friendly staff, clean linen, comfortable bed.

The hotel is generally pleasant and the staff is good. The dog at the reception is just a miracle!
But
the rooms are dirty. The legs are just black from the floor , a kilometer of dust on the TV and the cot
- breakfast is very meager , there 's just nothing to eat
- a narrow bed, my husband and I simply could not fit on it. This is the first time I've seen it in hotels
- complete lack of noise insulation
But the price is very affordable. Therefore, I give 4 stars.

Perfectly located. We were in the low season (March). Everything is fine. There are plenty of parking spaces. The apartment was clean and everything was working.

We got a room with two bedrooms, a large hall with a kitchen area and a balcony with stunning views of the sea and the embankment. Air conditioning, TV with local programs, kitchen with all necessary equipment and utensils. The price includes breakfast and a swimming pool, which, unfortunately, we never used, because its opening hours are from 10 am to 8 pm.

Great hotel! It was in May 2023. Beautiful, cozy, clean, excellent rooms, excellent breakfasts! And the view at the breakfasts is fascinating! It was already worth choosing Hotel Kayahan for him! I'm so glad I chose this place! Delight! Matches all photos! Kind atmosphere, friendly, courteous staff, the manager of the Batu Hotel - thank you very much!!! The location is great! And the center is nearby, it's nice to walk, and the beach! And yes, and a wonderful pool! And a very beautiful dog guards)) I would choose this hotel again!

I liked everything, breakfasts with views of the Greek islands, a cool dog at the reception, very friendly and courteous staff, the room is clean, there is everything you need. The impressions from the trip are only positive. I wish everyone to visit the Porridge!
