Clean, but not very kind. The bracelet forgotten in the room was "not found". On the 2nd floor it is noisy from the sign outside the window. The breakfast is good.

Convenient location. The center of Munich. Nice managers. Clear. Comfortably. It's a little noisy if the windows overlook the street, but the breakfasts are varied and delicious.
There is a limit on the number of devices connected to WiFi, small rooms, including a bathroom. A good option when traveling alone, when the room is planned to be used only as a place to leave things. Of the advantages, it is located in the center.
The train station is close, inexpensive. It's modest inside, but everything you need to eat (except the kettle). There are a lot of Turks on the street :-)
