I can't say what and how in this hotel, because I just didn't live in it, because it is very difficult to get to it, it is located in the mountains 4 km from the sea uphill. There is a small parking lot next to the hotel, but it is all occupied, the road that leads to the hotel is narrow for one car, there will be an oncoming traffic, someone will have to back away, 4 km down to the store, the sea and civilization, and then you will have to go up, that's another simulator, you won't hit a car. There's not a word about it in the description. Only if you look through the reviews deeply can you find information about this. It's good that there are many housing options in Batumi, we immediately booked another hotel and went there and were very satisfied.

An excellent hotel for a sea holiday despite some distance from the beach. The view from the rooms is simply amazing! The hotel has everything a swimming pool, etc. There is a restaurant where you will be served both breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Chief Inge, she's just super. The innkeeper is always with the guests, it's worth a lot. One hundred percent care for the guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful days we spent together! I recommend 200 percent

We visited this hotel last year. This year we decided to book it too. Last year we booked at the booking office, this year there were no rooms in the booking office, but the hotel has 4 stars! We decided to contact the host directly and book a room for 5 nights. The hotel has beautiful views of the forest and the sea, but the hotel does not pull in 4 stars!
Minuses:
1 terrible sewer smell at 3 a.m. every day, which made us unable to sleep.
2 very poor sound insulation
3 there are no mosquito nets
4 stained towels
5 in 5 days, the room was cleaned 1 time.
