It's a great hotel. High-quality repairs and furniture. The owner is a history teacher and an interesting person. I stay there when I visit Kutaisi. I went there for the first time, because the airport is nearby. Now I stay there all the time. I recommend. The price is not cheap, but you can negotiate a discount.

We were in this guest house for one day, or rather at the friendly owner of this place , everything is cozy and not expensive , and what kind of breakfast was served there , this is something , in general , feel free to Uncle Zaza of Kutaisi . By the way, he is building another hotel complex with a swimming pool, we will definitely stay with him more than once, I recommend it to everyone.

A great hotel. I highly recommend it! Cozy and tidy rooms with everything you need inside (hair dryer, slippers, towels, shampoos, refrigerator). A very friendly host. For GEL 15 per person, you can order breakfast (it is better to pay immediately upon check-in). Take it! You won't regret it. SOOO satisfying, varied and delicious. Such a homemade Georgian breakfast.
