Hello everyone
The hotel is very good for lovers of nature, wildlife, tranquility and privacy.
The room is ordinary, quite acceptable for a 3-star hotel, cleaned every day, changed towels and all consumables in the bathroom every day, tea, coffee and water are all daily.
The territory is very beautiful, lots of greenery, two pools that are cleaned every day.
Very nice bungalows, it's a pity the room was in the main building, but it didn't spoil the rest in general, Sri Lanka is very impressive, the most important thing is not to sit in the room, but to walk and explore its territories.
I took meals for breakfast and dinner, but I advise everyone to take only breakfast, there are too many cafes near the hotel, where there are a lot of delicious but spicy things.
The beach is very nice, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk from the hotel, they give you a towel for the beach at the hotel, it's better to rent a chaise longue so that no one living in the sand bites.
There is a very tasty and inexpensive fruit stall next to the hotel.

This is not the first time we visited Sri, and before booking, we read a lot of reviews, understanding the location.

We booked a deluxe cabana. There are different photos on all possible sites, we were ready for everything.
There were two of us, they put us in a room for three. Clearly not in that category.
The second bed was removed when it was clarified whether it was paid for or not. As a result, we were left in a room with two small bedside tables, no drawers, and a tiny wardrobe. I can't imagine how a family of 3 people could fit here. One chair and that's it. Half the lights don't work. There are ants near the door and in the room. Dust, dirt. But compared to the next room, it turned out not to be scary)) there was even a mouse there (((
Entrance to the bathroom. The bath, shower, and toilet itself are working properly, and they are spacious, which is a big plus. But you have to go in and out of the bathroom using the dark tile steps. There are many angles, you can hit, catch, fall and fall very dangerously. My husband, in his sober mind and memory, slipped and hurt his back very badly, but he didn't break or smash anything. There is no declared TV, the refrigerator cools, but look for the switch behind the refrigerator))
The net above the bed does not cover the entire space, from the wall to the 4 centimeter grid.
There is a veranda of its own, but it also has its own characteristics in the form of mosquitoes.
One of the advantages is the air conditioner and the fan in the room, which work perfectly. But more on that later))

There are strange streaks on the wall in the closet.
After a week of staying in the room, the air conditioner stopped working. They moved to another room without any problems, of a higher category, but in fact it is about the same room, but in better condition and there is not a shower, but a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi, of course, no longer works, without buttons, the bottom is cracked, one of the two showers does not work, but the walls in the room are normal and this is a separate house with normal noise insulation from the neighbors. The refrigerator wasn't working in the room, and the refrigerator was replaced the next day.
In the end, Mabie, the hotel is not bad, but you need to know where to stay and what to expect. Saying what doesn't suit you. Overbooking and settling into the wrong category is rather the norm. We've seen a lot of people moving from one room to another.
There is no breakfast (every day, plus or minus the same thing: pasta, sausages, bread, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers), there are fruits, fried eggs are prepared separately, if you ask.

A hotel in Unawatuna, within walking distance to the main beach, close to the tourist street and at the same time surrounded by greenery, on a quiet street. There are ordinary rooms, but the main feature of the hotel is separate boar houses with their own trails and lawns and a separate entrance. There are swimming pools, a restaurant. Monitor lizards, lizards, chipmunks, etc. can be found on the territory.. Lots of birds. Lush vegetation, including coconut palms.
