We were already at the hotel at 10 a.m., we were checked in without any problems without any extra charges. The hotel owner's son was at the reception, unfortunately I don't remember the name, a wonderful and very polite man who understands a little Russian. The hotel is small and very cozy, really great by the standards of India. Of course, this is not the UAE and Egypt, this is Goa, they thought it would be much worse and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and order. The hotel is constantly being washed and cleaned- the guys are trying very hard to please all requests, by the way, room cleaning is optional once every two days, you just need to give the key to the reception, they clean up well and turn all sorts of figures out of towels. The staff is excellent, the owner also lives on the ground floor, there are a lot of flowers and greenery on the small territory of the hotel, it's just beautiful!!!. Our room was 204 with a large balcony, the room itself is small, 12 square meters, but there is everything you need, there is a TV, but we never turned it on. There was always hot water, everything worked perfectly. Breakfasts to choose from, or omelets or boiled eggs or cereal with milk, plus 2 toasts to all this and tea or coffee to choose from. There is a safe at the reception, the cost is 500 rupees per week, they took it for a week - then they quietly left it in the room (but not in a prominent place. There is no theft in the hotel and a very friendly atmosphere, with only 16 rooms. All the guests greeted each other at breakfast and shared their impressions of the rest, even advised each other where to go and what to see. There is a shared refrigerator downstairs to put groceries and beer in, there is no refrigerator in the rooms. The beach is huge, the sand is crisp, the water is warm, just great, sometimes there were big waves. Someone wrote about a dirty beach, you just need to move away from the entrance to the beach, it's clean and tidy. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, you can take a tuk here for 100 rupees, but we rented a bike for 500 rupees per day, they only asked our Name and which hotel we live in, no one asks for any rights or passports, etc. We visited different beaches, but our Benaulim seemed to be the coolest. There is everything on the way to the sea, they sell fruits, clothes, souvenirs, there are plenty of shops and 2 pharmacies. There is a small fish market next to the hotel, which sells squid, shrimp and fish in the morning and evening.
In terms of price-quality ratio, it is an excellent option. Cleaning on request, clean bed linen, although a little old, breakfasts are included, hot water is always available.
The rooms are very small, but in Goa we come to the ocean, and not to sit in the room.
