A great hotel with a great view. The breakfasts are delicious!
The room is cozy and clean. They change towels and clean up.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
We had a late transfer, we were allowed to stay on the terrace. Tea, coffee, toilet, please.

A wonderful place, the hospitality of the hotel owner was very pleasant, cleanliness, location, panoramic view of the city, excellent breakfasts, convenient location and Parking.
A very cozy hotel. We were in a separate chalet.
We traveled with a pet.

We stayed for 1 night. At first, the flags of Ukraine and the European Union were confused at the entrance, but we decided to try. The room is quite standard, but the territory and breakfast are just a dump, I thought I wouldn't be able to leave after this)). The owner of Kakha and his whole family are pleasant, hospitable people. The owner has a cellar with tasting and sale of excellent homemade wine

Great hotel, nice staff. In very good breakfasts, varied. Very tasty cognac. True, Wi-Fi sometimes falls off. Accommodation on the mountain, close to the center.

I was with my wife in early December. A small private hotel. On the first day, for breakfast, the owner treats wine and tea from his basement. The quality is excellent. Breakfast is served with several homemade dishes. Lunch and dinner can be ordered for an additional fee.
I liked everything, but there is one drawback, this is the location. The hotel is within walking distance from the center, but you have to go uphill. For people who are not young, this can be a problem.

The first hotel in Georgia that we visited during our vacation, excellent location and view of the city, an extremely friendly hostess who cooked breakfast for two girls from the heart like a company of soldiers)))
The hotel is located on a mountain (this is more Info for people with climbing difficulties, not a minus, since the views are just space). There is a citrus garden in the courtyard, which delighted with tangerines and lemons even in November.
