I wanted to leave my review about the Nur hotel in Astana. While driving from Russia, they called and asked if there was a free room and what the price was. The reception replied with 10 thousand tenge. As soon as they arrived, they presented the passports of two citizens of the Russian Federation and one of Tajikistan. The administrator immediately raised the amount for Russians of 30 thousand tenge and said that there was allegedly a special tax in Kazakhstan for citizens of the Russian Federation, while refusing to send a notification, that is, registration. I do not recommend this hotel to all Russians. Disgusting administration. Everyone is arrogant. ***.
