Nice hotel, the hostess is very kind and helpful. The room has a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, each with its own toilet. There is even a washing machine and dishes, furniture of the highest quality. We have a family vacation here, we like everything very much, for sure, there is also a pool and barbecue on the roof!!! We searched for a long time for a hotel near the sea and with a swimming pool and found a Seagull. They did not regret their choice for a second. Excellent large family apartment: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning and double beds + kitchen-living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, dishes, stove, refrigerator. Table, sofa, TV, balcony with clothes dryer. A small clean pool on the roof was very helpful when there was a storm at sea and red flags. Also on the roof there is a terrace for relaxing where there are swings, sun loungers, a barbecue area and tables where you can admire the sunsets over the sea from the roof. There is a quiet street near the hotel where you can park your car, with large rooms. there are not a few of them here, no one touches them. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the market, playgrounds, 3 minutes to the sea. A beautiful landscaped promenade for an evening promenade.

A great hotel for a family holiday, there is everything for life: kitchen, air conditioning in every room, TV, hairdryer, towels.
The main thing: the proximity to the sea is within walking distance!
There is a delicious cafe nearby, called "Bazi". We recommend it!

One of the best hotels in Kobuleti. To walk to the sea, a friendly and hospitable hostess. There is a swimming pool on the roof and a great view of the sea.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The sea is nearby. It is 5 minutes to the market, 15 minutes to the train station. The rooms are huge, the bed is comfortable. There is a washing machine, TV, refrigerator, stove. There is a swimming pool and a patio on the roof.

The location is great, but there is NO parking for cars. It's nice, cozy and clean inside. The photo of the hotel corresponds to reality, the pool is framed, the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Of the disadvantages, the water from the shower pours onto the floor, then it is impossible to go to the toilet - everything is in the water. The rooms with access to the street are very noisy from passing cars.
