We stayed here in July 2019.
Location : excellent - train stations within walking distance (car and railway),shops, pharmacy, cafe,Bavaria Park,Marienplatz, tram stop to Nymphenburg and Bluthenburg, in general, the location is 5+.
Breakfasts : delicious, varied (eggs, fruits, vegetables,yogurt,meat,tea/ coffee, desserts, etc.).
Room : we left early in the morning and returned around 22-23 + we are one of those tourists who need a bed and a shower, everything suited us.The room is clean, the Windows overlook the courtyard, I slept well.
Staff : all kind and helpful, 24/7 reception.
Total : I liked everything, I do not regret the money spent.
Very conveniently located, without pretensions to sophistication, but quite decent. The breakfasts are of high quality (buffet). Polite staff. If you need to stop and relax, and then have the opportunity to get anywhere in the city - the place is almost perfect.
Close to the railway station, 10 minutes on foot. The room was on the top floor, small but clean. Without a refrigerator. It is inconvenient to charge the phone, the sockets are on the floor under the table. Very soft beds. Friendly staff. There is a cafe on the ground floor. There are no grocery stores nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to zigzag to the nearest LIDL. They barely found it. There seemed to be a lot of Arabs or Turks in this area. The hotel also saw only guests from the east.
In summer, it's stuffy in a tiny room. There are no air conditioners, no refrigerators!!! Dry rations instead of the usual breakfast on the day of departure, I had to fight to get a Turk on duty at the reception desk: I pretended that I did not understand, offered to pick up food in the restaurant myself (the day before departure and in the room without a refrigerator!).
