the breakfast is good, delicious👌🏻 the location is good, there are many attractions nearby, the embankment and not far from the T1 tram stop. The staff is friendly, but we didn't come across any Russian speakers) The bed is large, comfortable, there was not much space in our room personally) There is a kettle and glasses, tea/coffee, refrigerator, water is replenished every day, it seems. The air conditioner was working properly, there is an elevator, but it is small. on the terrace where breakfast is served, you can also have dinner, but the prices are too high now) just like everywhere else in Istanbul of the cons, it's a little dirty, the water from the shower stall spills beyond its limits. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, but not critically in general, everything is fine, but we would not return)

March 2025 deluxe room on the top floor. From one window there is a view of the Blue Mosque, from the other -the Sea of Marmara.5 minutes walk down to the sea,5 minutes up- Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The room is clean, water, shampoo , toilet paper, everything is available and replenished. Bed linen, towels are clean, not washed, It was cool in the morning, the conder warmed, it was hot in the afternoon, and cooled accordingly. The water is hot with good pressure all the time, the elevator was always working too. The room itself is already in need of repair, but there is nothing critically broken. Breakfast is until 10 a.m., the tables are almost all occupied, but there is enough food. There is a small selection of meat, sausages and sausage, but a lot of vegetables, herbs, olives, cheeses, salads. There aren't many fruits, it's not the season yet. You won't stay hungry After breakfast, the place works as a restaurant, the prices are really high. As a result, this is a very good option for a city hotel in the very center, taking into account the location, the work of the staff, decent breakfasts and a very affordable price at the same time.

The staff is pleasant and helpful in general, the receptionist speaks Russian, and in general, all good people! the breakfasts are ordinary, there is plenty to choose from.the location is excellent-the main attractions are nearby. The rooms are clean, the cleaning girl cleaned every day and changed the towels! We left in the morning and came back in the evening, so everything is great for us!
