Great hotel. We had a rest from August 22 to 31. The location is very good, near the beautiful MVO beach, sun beds 100-200 rubles, there are various cafes by the sea, music plays in the evening, you can dance. The central promenade and Moko beach are close enough, you can walk everywhere. The hotel itself has a cafe, prices are affordable and everything is always delicious and fresh, breakfast is always there. There are two buildings in the hotel, we lived in a new one, on the second floor. The rooms are clean, cozy, the furniture is new, the bed pillows and blankets are snow-white. Cleaning was done twice with a change of linen and towels. There is a TV with Internet, you can watch movies, cartoons, all channels. All the staff is very friendly, they will always help and prompt. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for participating in the life of the hotel and helping the guests. On the 4th floor there is a huge terrace with mountain views, many tables, light, a professional barbecue, once we fried kebabs and we never got so tasty 🤭👍 In general, I highly recommend it! I was in Abkhazia for the first time and I am 100% satisfied with my vacation%

We had a rest from July 31 to August 6. Clean, cozy in the room, in the shared kitchen. The linen is snow-white, soft towels. There is a refrigerator in the room. There are enough cutlery. You can take ready-made dishes to the cafe and reheat them in the microwave. Friendly staff. They try to make the guests feel comfortable. They suggest walking routes around Sukhum. They recommend interesting trips. Delicious food is served in the cafe-dining room. It was very pleasant to communicate with everyone. We felt cared for and wanted to surround us with attention and care. The sea is very clean. I will not write about the state of the city and cleanliness. But I will write separately about juicy and delicious peaches, figs, grapes.

We had a great rest at this hotel! It is clean everywhere in the room and in the corridor and in the cafe-dining room at the hotel. The room has everything you need, clean towels and bed linen, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a large wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror, a TV, a clothes dryer is equipped on the balcony, which is also very convenient. I can't hear the neighbors, there is a kitchen area on the floor, we didn't use it, because we went to the cafe Abas from the hotel. They cook very tasty, the portions are larger, and the prices are not too high. The beach is not far away. The hotel staff is friendly, the manager is a wonderful woman, she told everything, showed everything, the excursions were taken through her, very convenient. We are satisfied, I think if we gather in Sukhum again, then we will definitely come here.

We had a rest with my husband 08.09.24 to 18.09.24. We really liked everything. Abas, there are 2 buildings and a dining room. Modern and comfortable room, every 3 days, a sweet and beautiful girl, did cleaning and linen change. Friendly and polite Inna, she was always ready to prompt and help. Two smiling and silent young women fed us delicious, national Abkhazian food. Thank them very much! The hotel itself is 10 minutes from the sea. The sea is clear and blue. The people living in Abkhazia are very sincere and friendly! We will definitely come again and advise our children.

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve, we really liked everything, cleanliness, order, the owner of the hotel is a very decent, kind person. There is a cafe at the hotel, but it was closed in winter, the owner gave us a banquet there at his own expense, everything was great, thanks a lot to all the staff. Abas is the best

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, the furniture is all new, the towel and linen are snow-white. Wi-Fi works in the rooms. We got an incredible pleasure from the veranda on the 4th floor, you can drink tea or eat with a stunning view of the mountains, it's impressive. Also very friendly staff, Inna hotel administrator, very easy to communicate, responsive and always ready to answer all questions, thank you for that. There is a cafe nearby, the food is straight homemade, very tasty and convenient, 30 seconds left the room and in the cafe :) To the beach MVO 10min walk. There will be a mini market along the way, where you can buy fruits and vegetables. We were satisfied with the rest. And I forgot to write our room was cleaned every two days. In general, thanks for the service, we were satisfied.

That's the end of our trip to this wonderful country, wonderful wanted Abas. At night, we were settled without any problems, without asking anything. The people are great, kind, friendly! Linen change, in 3 days. Everything is clean and white! The cafe is on their site, delicious, fresh. I'm attaching the menu. I really liked it, thanks to our beloved Abas! It is 7 minutes to moryushko. It takes 5-10 minutes to get to the central market for 2 and 5 minutes. By the way, on the 4th floor they have access to the terrace and the views there are super. Thanks to our tour operator Bible globe. For an amazing vacation.

I had a rest from August 19-25. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. A quiet place. At the same time, everything is within walking distance: 7-10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. The hotel consists of two buildings. I was resting in a new building. The room has everything you need: a 2-double bed, a refrigerator, an armchair, a wardrobe with hangers, a dressing table with a mirror, a bathroom, disposable detergents, a hair dryer, hot water, air conditioning, smart TV. Free Wi-Fi. Blackout curtains protect from the sun. On the common terrace in front of each room there is a dryer with clothespins for wet clothes, a table and armchairs for morning or evening gatherings in the fresh air. There is a cafe downstairs on the ground floor. Nearby in the neighboring 4-storey building there is a kitchen with a set of necessary kitchen appliances. There is an iron and ironing board. And on the 4th floor there is a terrace with tables. It's always cool and has a beautiful view of the surroundings. The laundry is cleaned and changed every three days. Prices? Yes, both food and fruits and vegetables on the market are expensive. But this is a resort place! Although, if you wander around the neighborhood, you can find cheaper food, fruits, and excursions. The sea is excellent: clean, warm. Again, sun beds, entertainment, drinks on the beach - everything is paid! The vacation turned out to be spontaneous, so I went with the attitude: "whatever you see, be positive." But the fact exceeded expectations! Nice hotel, helpful staff, great stay!!! Although Abkhazia has changed little since my first visit (19 years ago). Thanks for the rest! P.S. The trip can only be spoiled by passing the border - for a very long time.

The hotel has two buildings, old and new, lived in the old one, disgusting, shabby walls, smell, homelessness. The hotel does not have a house territory from the word at all. From the good one, there is an excellent cafe at the hotel, the pleasant staff is really caring and helpful. Also, it takes 4-5 hours to drive from Sochi airport, that is, the day of your launch goes to hell.

I had a vacation in Abkhazia for the first time from September 6 to September 15. I've been planning for a long time and this year I decided. Over the entire period, I have never been disappointed in choosing a place to stay and choosing a hotel. I arrived late at night, they were waiting for me, they helped me lift my things to the floor. The room was magnificent, spacious, a large 2-bedroom bed with snow-white linen, air conditioning, dressing table, refrigerator, TV, toilet room with carefully placed disposable detergents, hair dryer. In the next building there is a shared kitchen with all necessary appliances. Many THANKS to all the staff of this hotel for the cleanliness and comfort. The laundry is cleaned and changed every three days. Inna, the receptionist, really the hostess, takes special care to make the hotel guests comfortable to stay. I am always ready to help with any questions. She is well-versed in excursions, will tell you everything in detail and give recommendations. The owner of the hotel is a warm, friendly person! He knows all the guests of the hotel, takes into account their wishes and always finds a solution. There is also a cozy cafe in the hotels. The sea is within walking distance of about 10 minutes at a calm pace, the entire infrastructure, pharmacy, canteens, cafes, is also within walking distance. I came to rest spontaneously and without prior reservation. And, lo and behold! I was settled by hospitable hosts, so that I did not stay overnight on the street!))) The guest house is clean, with no pretensions to a five-star hotel, but everything is very nice and homey. Friendly hosts. There is a kitchen and all the necessary utensils to cook on your own. Adequate cost. The only nuance that happened to me was that one day, after walking around until three in the morning, I found the front door closed and no phone number, where to call, or to get through... Fortunately, there was somewhere to go to spend the night. I understand that this situation is my own fault. But everything ended well)))

I chose the hotel based on the reviews of vacationers and I was not mistaken! A really great small hotel with friendly staff who will tell you any information and good rooms. The hotel is new, so everything is new and clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: furniture, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, extra bedding and towels. The bed linen is good. There is an iron and ironing board on the floor, as well as a kitchen with everything you need-a stove, refrigerator, all utensils. On the 4th floor there is a gorgeous huge terrace with tables and chairs. The sea is close, the entire infrastructure-shops, pharmacies, canteens, cafes are also within walking distance. Great hotel, I recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel from 5.07-11.07. As a seasoned traveler who has seen different categories of hotels, houses, hotels, hostels, I can say that it is not the worst option, but there are many buts (I will describe below). Within walking distance of all shops, pharmacies, a great beach. The rooms have towels, a hairdryer, and a small refrigerator. The hotel also has a kitchen where you can cook your own food, on the 4th floor there is a bar on the outdoor veranda with a beautiful view of the mountains. Of the advantages, perhaps, that's all. We were settled at night, tired, we took our suitcases (to the 3rd floor) ourselves, and we are all women. They didn't explain anything to us, they just told us the number and that's it, no one even introduced themselves who met us. By the end of the next day, we accidentally bumped into the receptionist, who said that we needed to register, also without introducing ourselves or telling anything about the hotel. The walls in the hotel are very thin, every morning from 5-6 in the morning the doors rattled so that we all woke up, also at night a dog barked under the windows, which accordingly also disturbed our sleep on vacation. There are no sconces, lamps, no sink in the bathroom, the lights were constantly turned off (5 days in a row) and at lunch without air conditioning, it's such a pleasure to be in the room. The owner of the hotel, when we were relaxing in the bar in the evening and listening to music that was turned on by the bar staff themselves, came up to us without introducing himself, rudely told us to pack up and go to our room, that there were children and grandmothers who needed to sleep in the hotel. To our indignation that the time was not even 23:00 at that time, we were told that he did not care (although the bar seems to be open at 01:00, I cannot say for sure now). There were a lot of questions then, for example, why do you need a bar if you can't sit there? Or, for example, why were they talking to us like that, in such a tone? Whether to relax in this hotel or not, I can't recommend it for sure. If you are a grandmother or a child with a fever, definitely yes. If you are a young man who wants to enter your hotel normally without straining and sit quietly on the veranda in the evening - here is an option for yourself. Maybe this is a good option for Abkhazia for accommodation, and you can swallow all these disadvantages, but I am extremely disappointed in the place of accommodation, and I consider it necessary to tell everyone who is going to relax in this institution about it.

We had a family vacation in September. The hotel is new, everything is within walking distance, shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacies. 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. . . On the downside, the rooms are not cleaned at all until you come up and ask for 4 days there was so much sand on the floor that it was impossible to walk. There is a very small sink in the shower, tiny, I would even say, it is inconvenient to wash. Toilet paper is not replenished. The lights were turned off every day. In general, you can relax there, but I would not go to this hotel a second time.
