The Hotel Aaritz is much more than just a hotel for a large family.
It's a place where you feel at home, surrounded by warmth and care.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with a smile and solve any issue. Special thanks to the hostess of the hotel, Suzy, for creating such a warm atmosphere!
The rooms are clean and cozy, every detail is thought out for a comfortable stay. Breakfasts are delicious, varied and prepared with a soul, energizing for the whole day, and dinners are generally beyond praise! The hotel is conveniently located, and the ski lift is directly across the street.
The spa area is simply amazing! The quiet area for adults has separate saunas, showers, comfortable sun beds – everything you need for complete relaxation. There is also a common spa area and a gym. And for those who like to have fun, cocktail parties, masquerades and other entertainment events are held.
The only small wish was to strengthen the Wi-Fi signal, as the Internet was not always stable on the 4th floor.
Hotel Aaritz is a place that you want to come back to again and again!

An amazing hotel with a very warm atmosphere and incredible energy of the staff! There is a very nice spa area, which is great for both adults and children.

The best hotel I've ever been to, and I've been to many
I have been staying at our hotel for 7 years in a row
Of the advantages
- location (the hotel is located directly opposite the main lift to the mountain, you do not need to go anywhere by bus or walk with skis in your hands!)
- beautiful, modern rooms (wonderful design, balconies with wonderful mountain views, cleaning at the highest level)
- meals (good buffet for breakfast, wonderful dinners. Every day there is a new menu, if suddenly you are with the children and they do not want dishes from the menu, then the chefs will meet them halfway and make them any dish separately. I would also like to note that all the dishes are insanely delicious!)
- staff (this is generally a separate huge item. I have never seen such friendly and caring staff in any hotel! They are ready to help you at any time of the day or night and fulfill any of your requests!)
- spa area (huge swimming pool, lots of sun beds, massage, gym, 5 saunas (Turkish, Finnish), separate quiet area for adults)
- convenient storage of skis/snowboards (there is a separate very convenient storage, a closet for each room, heated ski boots, everything is very convenient)
But there are no disadvantages found
