There is a mixed opinion about this hotel.
We chose according to the price/location ratio
The location is excellent, in Chinatown, we walked to the center. There are many places to eat nearby, a Chinese market and a food court with cheap food, a supermarket. The metro is a 6-minute walk away.
But still, for comfort, we need bigger rooms. I read that the room is small, but I didn't know how it would be in life. The number is 10 meters, you have taken a step and you have already passed the whole room)))
The old hotel is about 100 years old. Therefore, treat this with understanding.
That's just such a feature. That didn't stop us from enjoying Singapore.

Excellent location. Close to the subway. The breakfast is quite edible. Responsive staff. If you are in Singapore for 3-4 days, then this option is quite acceptable. It is very noisy at night, as the hotel is located on the street, where there are a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes....
