A cozy hotel on the 19th floor of the Orbi Sea Towers. The administration at the reception was greeted with Georgian hospitality. Marina is a wonderful person.
The hotel itself is in a convenient location of the first line to the sea.The view is amazing from the two balconies of the Suite. Everything you need is there. Perfect accommodation in your beloved Batumi.🇬🇪👍

Not a bad hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming and always answered questions. The room is clean, bright, and cozy. There is a kitchen area, a bathroom in the room. The kitchen also has the necessary utensils if you decide to cook something. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, washing machine. Beautiful view from the balcony. The room also has a large bed, armchairs, and a TV. The room is cleaned every day, they give bottles of cold water. The breakfast is not bad, there is a choice of dishes, but not much.

The receptionist met Marina at the reception with a smile and a good mood! And this positive attitude accompanied us all the days of our stay! The room has everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, iron, kettle, dishes. There is a bathrobe, slippers and everything for a shower in the bathroom! The sea view is amazing!!!

I liked the hotel, it is located in the center of the tourist area. The entrance, elevators and reception are very nice. The receptionist on the 19th floor is just bombastic, always positive, humorous and helped with all questions. The view from the window is simply a masterpiece. We were supposed to have a studio room, but they outplayed it and got a family room. It's just gorgeous, it's a full-fledged apartment. As for the breakfasts, they are not bad, but monotonous, some kind of diluted juice, well, this will do.
But in general, the impression is excellent, because the sound insulation is super, everything is clean, the bed is hard, the linen is soft, the repair is good.

I liked the room for 2 people! 19th floor, hades from behind the window overlooking the mountains and the sea, you can not hear the noise metal door, studio apartment , refrigerator, panel for cooking, everything is clean, cozy, washing machine, dryer with clothespins (otherwise your laundry can fly), hot water, high-speed elevators, without payment, on the 31st floor there is a Panorama Restaurant, delicious cuisine, you can order food in the room. I recommend it!

The hotel is not bad, but requires innovation and renovation. Cleaning is only for money, the room is dirty, the balcony is never cleaned at all. The location is wonderful, the sea is 100 m., a wonderful walking area along the entire coast. But it is far from the center of Batumi. There are eternal traffic jams on taxis. For those who like long walks, this is what you need.

The building is excellent. The location is EXCELLENT. The sea is 100 m away. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Promenade. I didn't like the elevator (you need a card with a permit to go upstairs, and if it's one, then it's a PROBLEM for the rest of the family). The renovation is already a bit dilapidated. And for the rest, I REALLY LIKED everything!!! I RECOMMEND IT!!!

We lived in the average building 15B for a couple of days, the lobby looks decent for an apartment hotel of this level, the elevators are high-speed, good. There is a PCR test collection machine near the entrance so that guests do not look for where to do the test before the end of 72 hours after arrival. Crossing the road to the beach area is quite safe, drivers let pedestrians through. The fact that all rooms/apartments are rented by private individuals, it is not possible to consider this a hotel, since there is no full service by the hotel. This is a house where apartment owners rent out their apartments. They are all about the same 25-30 sq.m. The price depends on the landlord. We settled on the 21st floor and left there after 2 nights due to the fact that the mattress was padded and looked as if it had been urinated on more than once, hard and the springs dug into the ribs))) There was no desire to sleep with torment. They moved into building 15A. It looks worse, the elevators are older, the doors are creaky, and in room 1603 in which we were accommodated, the door had to be closed with a bang. Otherwise, you can't close it. A terrible stench of mold was coming from the kitchen drawer. A shower stall with a broken door, and the boiler was dripping on the toilet))) At night, when I turned on the air conditioner, the sound from the outdoor unit rattled so that it seemed like there was a tractor outside the window! ))) Yandex. Taxi found us quickly and confidently. And a more or less tolerable minimarket was located 500 meters from the apartment building. It made life easier. In general, the housing for which we paid $35 per day did not match the quality of the price. The only convenience is the proximity to the embankment, cross the road and walk!
