Wonderful, helpful hosts. Everything you need is available. Very clean toilets , separate M and J. The location is gorgeous. The rooms on the 1st floor are damp, but the accommodation for a couple of days is excellent

I visited Armen in early October 2024, quietly, calmly, safely, Wi-Fi works well on both floors, shower-mush, everything works well, you can work quietly, and you don't worry about things, tea-coffee, everything is high in unlimited quantities, live-get high. A good option to stay for a week and explore the city all the time

Plus, the location of the hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Nearby Republic Square, Opera and Ballet Theater, bus stops and everything you need. Cozy, helpful staff. Wonderful hotel owner. Separate toilets for men and women One small inconvenience that confused me is that the way to the shower and toilet lies through the kitchen, which is a little embarrassing, you don't look like bath accessories.
