Great hotel, we've been there twice and we still want to. A large territory, there is a place to relax and have fun. A beautiful slide, lots of pools for every taste. The kitchen is wonderful, the staff is friendly. It is also comfortable to live in the main building of other houses on the territory. The only drawback is poor-quality cleaning, the bed has not been changed in 11 days and the neighbors asked for a kettle and set up a TV, but they did not wait. I wish there were enough staff in such a wonderful hotel. We came to the conclusion that this is exactly the case.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Three children 15, 9.4 years old From the positive moments:
The beach. Perfectly clean, lots of sun beds, good sandy access to the sea. A promenade along the sea to the ancient Side.
Territory. Big green, very beautiful. There are many places for strolling with a stroller. There are many places where you can sit and relax. A large water park.
A huge lobby.
The rooms. We have a very large two-room room with a panoramic balcony along the rooms overlooking the sea. 1535. There are no complaints about the number.
Of the negative ones:there are no Russian speakers at the reception, it will be very difficult for those who are for the first time to figure it out.
Food. The process for breakfasts, dinners and lunches is disgustingly organized. It feels like there is no chef and a master chef who is responsible for the order. The tables are not cleaned, if you are not the first to come, you will not be able to find a clean table with appliances, there is no children's area, you have to look for children's food among adults, determining whether it is spicy or not. The food is cold. The restaurant is a big minus.
Animation. She's gone!!!!! In four days, nothing!!! Children and teenagers have nothing to do. It's a strange situation.
The hotel is suitable for adults and elderly couples.

The territory is large, there are many pools, excellent access to the sea, food is everywhere, dishes are clean, stomachs felt great. But they probably didn't really understand each other with the tour operator, the request was for a vacation with a child so that he would be comfortable there, but apart from a pool with slides and animation in a foreign language for 15 minutes in the evening, there was nothing for the child. Well, in general, the animation is super weak, it's like it never happened. And with the numbers, on the first day we sat down across the street in a maid's house)) That's what they call it, the windows overlook a busy road, where music is blaring loudly from the pestle until 3 a.m. The staff was not at all focused on polite communication with Russian people, so seeing how they communicate with their neighbors at the reception, I immediately solved all the issues through the guide.
