On 12/15/2023, a ticket was taken for 13:30, upon arrival at the Horlivka airport, an employee reported that the flight was canceled. You won't believe it, but the canceled flight was waiting in Moscow, I called Novoyasenevskaya, I was confirmed that the bus was on its way. Today, on 12/16/2023, we arrived at the Horlivka airport, clarified about flights to Moscow, the staff replied: "We do not know, they may not come to us at all and they do not report to us how and when they go." Explain to me why you are needed there then?! I can also book tickets! Buses "go like that" because they are allowed to go like that, probably, and no one punishes them, there are no contracts?! Why such a careless and irresponsible attitude! In order to leave Gorlovka for Donetsk, because buses go there, I spent 4800 rubles. Who will reimburse me?!!!!
