Great hearty meal. I took borscht and marrow bones. They put bread with bacon with borscht, it was very tasty, but the marrow bones are still overrated for me. They were praised so much on the Internet, but in the end it was just plain fat (but that's not the point of the restaurant, it's just a dish like that). For the fact that I gave 26 rubles in the photo (0.5 pepsi out of the frame)

We were given a tracker and waited 40 minutes for the order. When they came to find out how long our order would be ready, they simply took the tracker away from us and pressed something on the screen, after which the tracker started working. Either they forgot about us or something else, but the bottom line is that we ended up with cold burgers, cold potatoes and hardened cheddar cheese. All this was accompanied by rolling eyes of the staff and no apologies. I wrote on Instagram, where I described this situation in detail - no response. Terrible place, service and staff.

On March 17th, we had a triple bbq and chicken set .
I didn't like it
1) the forks are not clean, one fork is not from the set
2) instead of napkins, they gave pieces of hand towels, which they called strips - saving, saving, but everything should be within reason.
3) the gloves are terrible, falling off your hands
4) The chicken set raises many questions. The thighs look like boiled chicken.
5) There were too many sauces and the burgers were swimming in the raw sauce.

they gave us the tracker, waited for it to ring, eventually they came up after 20 minutes, and our food is all cold on the counter, the employee turned the tracker in front of us,clicked on it, it rang, in response we received a look from under the forehead,thank you,but this is not normal

The most delicious ribs and brains! Very tasty barbecue sauce on ribs, the meat falls off the bone and without excess fat, just the bones remain) I'm also not a fan of brains, but here they were shaken with appetizer and crispy onions, which even I liked this dish. + always delicious light beer. We ordered a set for two with a friend, after waiting too long, we received our cold set with one pair of gloves and a bottle of kvass, which was never offered to be poured, the impression is disgusting, the staff at the checkout is extremely unpleasant. The impression is terrible, especially from the attitude towards the guests. The staff did not even apologize for their own mistake, when in other establishments it is customary to make amends.

An unpleasant cashier, young man. We came to find out about Seth, and he said with a displeased face that they didn't do them, and when asked why, he replied in the same displeased form because we were working... He said to come back in 15 minutes, but thank you, I don't feel like it anymore.
