It's a beautiful place!!!!! It's just amazing. The walls are all covered in brick, but everything is clean and cozy. Dim light, warm white. There were no problems with the console, we played a couple of games out of many. The guy at the bar is always friendly, no matter what the issue is. Thank you so much for this place, we will come back many, many more times.

We decided to visit this place for two reasons: 1) Good reviews and the location is relatively central, 2) Previously I really liked it at Hookah on Yakub Kolas.
The atmosphere is not bad, the hookah seems to be good, the staff is not the most friendly, but it will do. But the PS are in disgusting condition, they seem to be in use.

Unfortunately, my experience in this hookah bar turned out to be extremely negative. To begin with, the administrator is just rude. They have their own made-up rules, according to which, if the hookah is smoked out, you need to leave immediately or extend it. At the same time, if you order alcohol, no one cares.
I was trying to find out where I could get acquainted with these rules, and the admin communicated by correspondence with the "bosses". As a result, instead of a polite response, we received a rude "message" with three letters. They didn't provide us with a menu, and the complaint book looked like it had just been taken out of the trash. When I asked how I could contact the higher management, the administrator replied that this was personal information, although such information should be freely available.
To top it all off, he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the establishment! This is simply absurd. Previously, I often visited this institution when the administrator was another person, and everything was at the highest level. Now the mood is ruined, and I definitely won't be coming back here. There are no such wild rules in other hookah bars, and the service is much better. I don't recommend this place to anyone!
And yes, in such places it is always worth asking for a passport)

AN HONEST REVIEW! This is the policy of this establishment, if the hookah has already been smoked (as we were told it is 1 hour), then YOU either sell it (buy a new one), or goodbye! And even the receptionist is not interested if you take a beer at the bar and continue to sit, he will tell you to extend the hookah or leave the establishment.
The result is this: you can sit with one hookah for a maximum of an hour and a half, and then either prolong or exit. We were not aware of these rules, and were shocked when we were told this. I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO COME THERE!
I'll also highlight it from the negative:
1) ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT!
Upon request to provide the rules of the institution, WE WERE REFUSED! Thus, the institution violates the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (Article 9, on consumer rights protection)
2) It's stuffy in the room (my cheeks are burning, and my condition is getting worse, and it wasn't just me, so it's hard to sit for a long time)
3) The administrator did not introduce himself, there is no BADGE on his clothes (it is not clear who it is at all), and also could not answer any of our questions. And later he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the institution)
PS: we followed all the rules of conduct, we paid for everything
4) The administrator did not provide the menu
5) At our request to contact the management, we were rudely refused by the head (probably by him, since we don't know anything about him, and we were provided with one telegram message)
6) there is no consumer corner in the establishment where I can view information in the public domain (at least I have not seen it)
Bottom line: I advise you to choose a more comfortable place than this to fully relax and stay in a good mood.

I came here today for the first time on a recommendation.
It's a great place, I really liked it! Friendly and pleasant staff, not many people, the place is quite comfortable. To sit and chat, watch a movie, relax is the best thing.. )

Hookah bar sucks! Those who give positive reviews, either have not been to other hookah bars, or the rating is inflated. A small basement room, densely packed with worn-out sofas, it is inconvenient to walk, there is no free space. There is no choice of drinks, the refrigerator does not work, no ice was brought. Payment: the hookah man said that the terminal does not work, only cash, he was there twice, he did not give a check twice, as well as less than 5 rubles in change, he said there was no exchange, as he thought it was impossible to check. There are cool hookah bars nearby for the same money, so for those who respect themselves and appreciate the atmosphere, I advise you to AVOID this hangout
