Nice hotel! We lived as a family in October 2024. Positive: 1. Very friendly English- and Russian-speaking staff, ready to help even in small things. 2. The rooms are clean, there are tea accessories, bathrobes, slippers, very good bed linen, of course Wi-fi, a lot of multilingual TV channels. 3. Delicious breakfasts (included)! You definitely won't stay hungry, there are always fresh vegetables and fruits, the menu is not too extensive, but this is even for the best. The standard set is always present: eggs, sausages, omelets, vegetables, cereals, pastries, sweets, etc. Very tasty juices! 4. The beach is across the street, and the hotel has a shuttle service, the main thing is to add yourself to the list in time so that you do not have to walk, although there are such fans. By the way, the sea is excellent, the shore and water are clean, there are changing rooms, toilets, and both are divided into men's and women's. The only drawback is small. To go up to the neck, you need to walk 50-60 meters. 5. A huge and fat plus bar! It works until two o'clock in the morning, and the order can be placed from the room 24/7. When we returned late from excursions, he helped out a lot, because there is a full menu, not just drinks. 6. A good gym is provided for fans of physical education and sports. 7. There is a very nice outdoor pool. 8. There is a grocery store within walking distance. 9. For lovers of exotics and shopping, there is a local "Cherkizon" nearby, i.e. a huge market. Minuses: 1. There are no clothes hangers and shoe spoons in the rooms. 2. The hotel is located next to the customs office, so truck drivers waiting at customs warehouses litter near it. 3. There are no washbasins in the showers (toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable machines), so there may be an unpleasant surprise for those who are light. 4. We kindly ask you to buy good ironing boards! Conclusions: the hotel, of course, does not reach the declared four stars, BUT..! There are many more advantages than disadvantages, the disadvantages are almost all easily eliminated. We wish the hotel success and prosperity!

The hotel is new, the rooms are huge and fresh. Very clean. Daily cleaning at a super-level. The staff is responsive, not a single request was ignored. The hotel has excellent cuisine, you can order room service - soups, salads, kebabs ... There is air conditioning, turned on for heating. Panoramic windows overlooking the Caspian Sea. Thick three-layer curtains that give you a good night's sleep. Soundproofing fire! I've never seen anything like this in any hotel. A family with a three-year-old child from our group lived behind the wall, I didn't hear a sound! I didn't even imagine that they lived there, I accidentally saw them on the balcony on the last day. Bottled water is supplied every day, one liter per person. There is a supply of tea bags in the room. The disadvantages are the distance from the city and the high pillows. A magnet is a gift from the hotel to each guest - it is very pleasant to receive such attention! A very varied buffet breakfast. Fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs in various forms, sliced. Delicious brewed tea! I was pleased to have a gym in the hotel! You don't have to interrupt your training due to departure. Thank you for the peace of mind!

A cool hotel with large studio rooms. The room has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. A kitchen where you can cook something (there is no microwave, but there is a stove), there are dishes for cooking and serving, a kettle. Double bed, sofa bed, TV, air conditioning. Large balcony. There is a table and a chair on the balcony, but for some reason there is only one. Bathrobes and slippers are available. The mini bar is replenished daily - 1 liter of water per person and a tea set - tea bags and sugar. The territory is small, but well maintained. There is a swimming pool with sun beds and towels. The pool is very clean. A pool bar is available for a fee. Breakfast is included in the accommodation. They are somewhat monotonous, but everything is delicious. Oatmeal porridge boiled eggs omelets, boiled and fried sausages, sliced vegetables, fresh fruits, dried fruits and candied fruits for tea, buns and croissants. Drinks include tea, coffee, juices, and water. You can order lunch or dinner for a fee, there is a room-service. There is a city beach in front of the hotel, but getting to it is still a story. You need to cross the road, the crossings are not very close and there are no sidewalks. I had to run across the road in the wrong places, climbing over the bumpers (high by the way). You can't run around with kids like that. But it's not the hotel's fault, of course. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We definitely recommend it.
