Specifically, there is no bank branch in this shopping center as such, but there is just a small counter with an ATM and an employee. It will not be possible to carry out cash transactions with large amounts and currency, but you can open accounts and a card right on the spot. Russians open accounts using a foreign passport and an IIN (preferably in printed form). No work contracts, RVPs, residence permits, income confirmations and other things are needed! There is a full-fledged branch with a cash register not far away. There is never a queue there, the conditions for deposits are favorable. The staff is very polite. We even regretted that we had not thought to reach this bank earlier and tried to break into all sorts of national banks of the KZ.

Quickly and without queues, they opened an account, and issued/issued an anonymous Visa to a non-resident in tenge with free service: a printout of the IIN, a passport with data on border crossing, the address of the place of stay in Astana and a Kazakhstani phone number.
