The bank is a fraud! Beware! A fraudulent bank! We have withdrawn an additional 100% in two days of using credit funds! Isn't it bold?? There is a limit of 500,000 on the card, 480000 were available, I bought the product for 326790. In theory, the debt to the bank should be 326790, but nothing like that! My debt is over 650,000, more than the credit limit. The support service at the bank has always been distinguished by its stupidity. It is rarely possible to contact an intelligent specialist. If you value money, do not contact this bank!

This branch, where its employees are very tactful, friendly and competent. And they will never tell me in Kazakh if I address them in Russian, they will just ask: "Do you speak Kazakh?" I say, "No." That's it, the question is settled. Thank them for that!
