Excellent, elite recreation area. It is great to relax here with both family and company. There are a lot of greenery, a pond, there are valliers with animals (horses, sheep, deer), birds. You can fish. Clean sandy beach, safe depth, you can safely send children swimming, sun beds. Pools with the purest warm water, there is a safe children's pool. You can rent a house or a hotel room. In the evening, music plays and you can dance. This is an excellent place, you will definitely not regret it.

Pros: the territory is large, the pools are good, access to the beach is high
Cons: you can't bring your own food, while the prices for any dishes are high, and the quality is like in any eatery. There are no microwaves in the houses, you can't reheat food. There is no store on the territory, so if you want to buy milk for a child (and you can't do it with your own), then you will have to pay 4 times higher than in the store, similarly with any other necessary things.

A great place, quiet, beautiful,cozy. There are detached houses with barbecue grills and a hotel. Everything is very clean, there is access to the sea and swimming pools (for children and adults). You can fish. Rabbits are running around the territory.You can just come in for the day, without spending the night. It is suitable for both company and family holidays.

A beautiful clean area with rabbits running around , there are gazebos on the beach where you can have lunch, there is a restaurant. Breakfast is included in the package. Breakfast in the form of a buffet table is almost like in large hotels, but with our Soviet trifles, which is very pleasant. For example , dumplings . One of the disadvantages is the high cost. A feeling of general abandonment and slight shabbiness . Broken playgrounds , cars , etc . The pools are very cold.

Utter disappointment for the attitude towards regular customers! They brought my mother on vacation, who is already over 70 years old, to rest, enjoy the natural environment. We took a jar of kefir, crackers and jelly with us, since my mother is not healthy and follows the strictest diet. They gave away half a million in 2 days (which is not worth the money at all for this vacation). And they took everything to the checkpoint. It is simply a DISGRACE to the entire leadership of this zone that they did not understand the situation and treated it with understanding. The kitchen is expensive and unjustified. Bath accessories were not brought to the cottage on the 2nd day until they asked for it themselves. My advice to the management is to think about many questions. You've already lost some customers, but word of mouth knows how it works!

The territory is huge, landscaped with plantings, lawns, flower beds , fountains with live fish and other decorations, 2 swimming pools for adults and children, high-quality service, nimble courteous waiters all on time, without any expectations, at the height of the season, of course, you will have to wait, but not critically. The staff was pleased, kind and helpful people. The cleanliness on the territory is perfect , the rooms are spacious , clean , bright, daily cleaning, the breakfasts are boring but delicious. The prices are space, the service is zero. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. We took a 2-bed room, 45 thousand. If you want to divide the child, you need to pay 15 thousand extra))) On Saturday and Sunday, the room price becomes 60 thousand. Kazakh business.)))Breakfast is included, but so-so, the choice is meager. Mosquitoes are huge, in the room, on the street, everywhere. There is a search at the entrance, they are not allowed to take food with them. Well, their food price is crazy, steaks are about 7 thousand, a stack of milkshake is 2 thousand, a chechel portion is 2 thousand, a martini bottle is 15 thousand (in Almaty in a cool restaurant 9 thousand). There is no entertainment, no animators. The only plus is water. The beach, the water is clean.
They also breed birds there, the stench is from their poop.
It is cheaper and more comfortable abroad!

We went to the territory - everything they write about grooming is true. But!!! The pool is closed on Monday - a sanitary day!!! Towel rental 3000 tenge piece! The Carl thing!!! We went to DOLCE VITA. Where a lot of things pleased me and the main thing is that the service here is really great, without a scoop.

We rented a cottage, the cost is about $ 300.per day. There are pros and cons.
Minuses:
- the smell of mold in the house, the house was cooled, 2 air conditioners are hanging, but maintenance and replacement / cleaning of filters have not been carried out, it seems, for a long time
- dirty bathroom floor
- dust in the corners everywhere
- 2 sockets do not work: in the bathroom and in the nursery (fumigator goodbye, hello bitten child)
- 1 blanket was missing
- there is no kettle, the mixture, again, if there is a child, cannot be diluted in the morning (the bar and restaurant start working from 9 am).
- classic in the bathtub )): dirty curtain, water goes out badly and the markings on the faucet are mixed up (mountain/cold water)
- there is no child's chair in the house
- a search at the entrance, they were barely allowed to bring water to the children, this, of course, is a complete kick-ass!
- boring breakfast and only instant coffee. Comrades, well, buy a coffee machine, even an automatic one, not a horn one, and it will be better!
Positive:
- green area, playgrounds, hammocks
- rabbits are running, fish are in the pond
- good sun beds, towels for the beach
- a fairly clean beach (sand + small pebbles)
- an attached waiter who really tries VERY hard to do everything / help / prompt
- clean and decent outdoor toilet
- a normal kitchen in a restaurant (large portions)
In general, the signboard "Elite recreation center", of course, does not correspond. Don't be ashamed, remove the word "elite")))
Whether I'll come a second time, it's unlikely. The discrepancy between price and quality, the noise at the entrance, dirt and so on was very repulsive. We all know what kind of service you can get and the quality of services for the money you are willing to pay. Here's the score, not in your favor, alas!

Here is a list of what ruined the whole vacation:
1. If you arrived, for example, at 17:00, they will either make you wait until 19:00 for arrival, or you must pay 10 thousand per adult for admission (((
2. Upon arrival, you will be searched so that you do not carry anything forbidden (and everything that you brought with you is forbidden). The humiliation is certainly noble.
3. They will force you to take an extra bed for a child for 15 thousand rubles... even if the bed does not fit into a 20sq room.......
4. The Junior Suite (for which we paid 55 thousand for a minute) was all stoned... It's like a roadside motel.
5. Prices are high for everything. Even on the water.
6. Breakfast is so delicious. And the most interesting thing is that the waitress girl said that juice is only for children ........ Juice!!! Carl!!!! Yuppie was better off.
Pros:
