Good afternoon, we stayed at the apartment on Sverdlova-this is a perfectly clean 4-room apartment with all amenities, perfect location and a great view from the window) we have a lot of experience in renting housing, we will only contact you now!
Dear customers of this company. If you are planning to rent a house, I want to warn you not to do this! Because it is not known what they will do to you.
Everything started well, we found an apartment on the Island at 30 Karl Marx Street. We booked (6 of us are adult family people). We went for a walk in Minsk. The day before arrival, we are informed that they cannot accommodate us there, for unknown reasons (if you read the reviews below, this often happens). We cannot move into other apartments via the app accordingly. They offered two options - transfer money to their card directly (that is, generally believe in a kind word), or come to the office and take the keys.
We arrive at the office, everyone smiles sweetly, we conclude an agreement (an agreement without any act of acceptance and transfer of property) and then the word DEPOSIT appears (if we had booked through the application, it would not have been). So here is a deposit of 15000r.
We move into a huge apartment, renovated from the 90s, everything seems to be fine, but in some places time makes itself felt.
We only spend the night in the apartment. We check out at 5 a.m., so we rent the apartment remotely. After 2 days, we are informed that the DEPOSIT is being withheld because we broke the rim on the toilet and the chair leg. To put it mildly, we are perplexed, because we did not pay attention to this at the entrance. It is impossible to check everything on the scale of this apartment. I tell them, since you have a maid taking photos, show the photo or video before our arrival that everything was intact. They don't have any evidence.
I start searching the Internet, and there are also reviews that keep people's deposits in this way. After departure (especially those from Russia), they send photos of the alleged damage and embezzle the money. There are no receipts that they have paid for repairs or bought a replacement, respectively.
I think there are still people who have suffered from their scheme, it's just that not everyone writes, thinking that suddenly they have broken something. But we know for sure that there were no breakdowns on our part. When we called them and asked them to refund the deposit, they sent us an email that they were going to meet us and returned 5,000 rubles. I also wrote a letter to the consumer protection Agency of the Republic of Belarus (with all attached scans of documents and details, transfers from personal cards, on what basis the deposit is refunded from the card, payment under the contract is another amount). I really want you to check this company, what schemes they use, accept payments to their personal cards and breed clients. Therefore, consider whether it is worth renting an apartment from them and using fraudulent schemes.
I am attaching some reviews below.
I booked an apartment on Lenin 4 for almost 2 months. Check-in was supposed to take place at 17:30, but on the way, when I was on the train to Minsk, at 13:09 on the day of check-in, I received a message that Lenin Street was allegedly without water supply for a day. As a result, they offered another apartment much further from the center. When asked to leave the original version even without water supply, I received the answer:
"Unfortunately, the rules of our company do not allow guests to move into apartments that are not suitable for living.
We cannot guarantee that the city services will fix the problem quickly.
Did you not like the apartment on Zakharova?
It is well renovated, new furniture and appliances + excellent location: the center and near the metro)"
Considering how late it was reported and the fact that I see similar cases in other reviews, it is hard to believe that the stated reason for the inability to move in was true. As a result, I chose another organization for renting housing, but I do not recommend trusting this one.
