В целом, отель хороший, питание норм, номера чистые.
Но на ресепшн могут находить или отругать матом.
respeshn boorish attitude, they can scold with obscenities. I had a bad leg, I asked for a paid Wi-Fi in the room. The first time the receptionist said he would come to the room. After half an hour I went down, the administrator said he would do it in 20 minutes. But he didn't. When I came for the third time and began to swear, he just scolded me with obscenities.

We were at the end of October .A great hotel, the food is delicious, not very diverse, but we did not stay hungry , it is not particularly diverse for children , there are no traditional soups , very tasty bread , a variety of vegetables , seasonal tangerines, plums , apples , ice cream in the star bucks coffee shop
The hotel is not new, but everything is very beautiful, clean, the room is cleaned every day, Russian-speaking administrators at the reception, its own beaches are pebbly, but brought sand
Despite the end of the season, every evening there are themed parties , entertainment for children

It was our first vacation abroad. ✨
Delicious, quite comfortable, several pools, a water park, a kids' club with amazing animators❤️ it's a minute to the sea)
Not 5 stars, because there are suspicions that something is not going smoothly in the kitchen, as I came to the clinic with terrible stomach pain. I thought I ate something wrong. But no, my husband also had a stomach ache afterwards. A month later, my family went to the same hotel and were sick for a couple of days. In short, there was some kind of intestinal infection there.
