We had a rest in July 2024. The hostess Elena is very friendly, always solves any problem. The houses are cozy, we were comfortable as a family of two adults and two children. We took soap and soap accessories with us, sometimes we cooked breakfast in a slow cooker, wiped the floor ourselves several times, this is not critical for us, there is air conditioning. On the outdoor veranda there is a barbecue, microwave, washing machine. The territory is excellent, there is a lot of greenery, you can play badminton with children, leave the plate. It's three minutes to the sea, there's a shop and a tent outside the gate. The final stop is not far away, you can easily get to the desired place. There is also an Argo cafe, tables overlooking the sea, very tasty food, just a bomb. On the opposite side of the Argo cafe on the corner, takeaway food, citizens of neighboring countries cook, it's also very tasty, we take turns in the morning. If you walk along the road further beyond the final stop, there is a reef in the sea, you can dive, see the inhabitants. We were satisfied with the rest, a good hotel, we will come back again! For those who are used to "all inclusive" it will be difficult)

We really liked the complex. Cozy, green, and soulful. After reading the reviews, we were prepared for the worst, but the reality turned out to be better. Elena is responsive, George is always ready to help. Thank them very much.
The only thing I would like is to increase the number of washing machines. There are only 1 for 27 houses-about nothing, you have to be on duty so as not to miss the opportunity to wash and the desire to install a sink for washing hands and dishes in the dining room area.

We had a rest in early August 2024. I liked everything! Elena is very friendly, settled in ahead of check-in time, accepted as her own. Cozy houses, very green area. The sea is 3 minutes away. On-site Parking, Near a shop and a tent with vegetables. Closed territory. A large gazebo, 3 tables where we gathered. There is no kitchen where to cook, but I took a slow cooker. I sometimes cooked breakfast for the children. There are a lot of cafes nearby, mostly they ate there. There is a Pecan boarding house behind the hotel, where they cook delicious food. There are cafes on the Argo coast, tables by the sea. In general, we were satisfied with the trip, and we plan to return next year. The only drawback, but this is not for the hotel, but for vacationers. A couple of times a large company gathered in the gazebo and walked almost until morning, no one could calm them down, it was impossible to sleep. We must somehow treat the other guests with respect!
