Lucknam at the reception is very responsive and pleasant. I was very pleased with my visit. The hotel is close to all amenities and offers a good breakfast. I have been here many times and am happy with all the facilities. Thank you so much for everything!

Great hotel. Daily cleaning, always clean linen and towels, replenishment of water, coffee and tea. Convenient location, awesome breakfasts with the first, second and all sorts of goodies. The staff is decent, although they do not know how to speak Russian)
