But when we got home, it turned out that there were items in the receipt that we hadn't ordered at all and hadn't even seen in our eyes. In total, we were shortchanged in the amount of about 50 UAH. I agree, the money is not big, but I decided to figure it out on principle. When I called the administrator Natalia, she replied as if she was aware of what was happening and did not see it as a big problem: "Apparently, the girl was mistaken.", she said. But she added that this girl, by the way, the waiter's name is Diana (dark hair, narrow eyes), has been working for 8 years since the opening of the restaurant.
I would also like to note that in Glushkoff they cheat in the kitchen. When we ordered 5 servings of French fries, they brought us not 5 servings, but like pigs, on two large plates. In this way, you can put not 5 servings, but only 3 or 4. That is, most likely, that the restaurant administration is aware of all these cases and only encourages them.
One of the advantages is the interior, as well as the music.
