I came across there by accident, super food. Very tasty and authentic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly brought out the meals. I got the impression that a lot of locals ate there. Certainly not the last visit

I lived nearby in a hotel where the restaurant was open only for breakfast and then on my own.
After asking the nice staff member where you can have a delicious and quick meal, they indicated this particular place.
This is a purely local cafe - for their own. If you pass by, you won't notice))
But after ordering the perfect manti , I was full . They cook quickly. There are different types of kebabs to choose from - you can choose as soon as you enter the room. They bake tortillas and samsa outside in the oven. Inexpensive.
Well, if you really want a restaurant, then you need to go somewhere else.

The location is convenient, the menu is normal. The food is not the most delicious. The beer there is really excellent, fresh and delicious, but the cuisine is so-so. You can run in and have a quick meal if you are nearby, but there is no need to go specifically.P.S. We visited here again, came to pilaf. Well, the pilaf is not bad, but it is far from a real delicious Samarkand pilaf. And the service was generally disappointing. We ordered one serving for two, but they brought us two servings on one glass and, of course, two servings were included in the bill. The tea is not delicious at all, the beer is as always pleased.

we took a barbecue, salad and beer.
the beer arrived immediately, it turned out to be sour. they asked to replace it with nothing, they asked to remove it from the bill, but they refused. they say they ordered it themselves, it's already been poured, spent, so pay for it. For some reason, they refused to try what they brought themselves for corruption.
In general, they did not find a compromise, they left the establishment hungry.

The assortment is not all available. There is a very small portion of shish kebab, there is nothing to eat. Of the 5 small pieces of mutton, 2 are just fat. Baklava is dry. The tea smells like bleach, like tap water.

The situation inside is so-so, this is the only negative.
Pros- a place for locals. Fast service, and incredibly delicious food - we ate shurpa, kebabs. I liked everything very much, I have never eaten such a delicious shurpa. The kebab is soft, juicy, and marinated onions were served to it (also very tasty - in most places they serve just onions without marinade).
It seems that this cafe is a family business, where everyone works, both adults and children. The price is not expensive at all. 2 shurps, 2 skewers of shish kebab, flatbread, tea with lemon cost 90 thousand soums, 10 were given for service. We ate enough, we could even say we overeated, the portion of shurpa is large, the shish kebab is standard.

It's a great place. Authentic, without pretensions to being a restaurant, but real, with a soul. Locals often eat here. The service is fast. Everything is very tasty. Lagman is hearty, full-bodied, noodles are not boiled, there is meat, vegetables are good. Shish kebab is tender, with pickled onions (but not too pickled). There is pilaf, samsa. It costs on average in the city, inexpensive.

Very tasty food and an authentic pleasant environment. Besides lagman, I tried different kebabs. Everything was very tasty! And the people at the neighboring tables, including the locals, which is very significant, ate with pleasure (the photo was taken when no one was there yet, since I came before dinner, at 5 o'clock)) They do not give a menu, but they tell us what is available today, the choice is quite sufficient. The prices are pleasantly surprising. If I had been in Samarkand longer, I would have come several times. I wish prosperity to this place and really highly recommend it!

We ordered a lamb kebab, salad, manta rays. The first time everything seemed to be fine, I liked it. We decided to repeat the barbecue immediately, as we liked it. But they brought ribs in general. They said that the normal meat was over, they didn't even warn about it. They refused them. As a result, they were included in the bill anyway. At least you didn't have to do that. As a result, the mood is spoiled for the whole evening.
I highly recommend this place. It was extremely disrespectful.

The check was not given, only the total amount was named. With difficulty, they asked for a check, it turned out to contain an amount more than they named. We lived nearby, when we were looking for a place to eat, we came in... and they came out, it looks unassuming. The next day we went in and had lunch, since then we have eaten only here, tasty, not expensive, shurpa, lagman, pilaf, kebabs. One serving of lagman is quite enough (for me personally, it's generally with a margin), it's enough to eat from the belly. I recommend it :)
