The location allows you to walk on your own through the narrow cozy streets of Kyoto. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, the breakfasts are delicious, but there is always a long queue for coffee. The staff is helpful, helps with all matters, including even visiting a doctor (a child is sick)
