Very hot in the room. Condition didn't work. "It is company politic"....said General Manager... I haven't words.

Hair came out from various places in the room(pillow, towel). The air conditioner was not working properly. There was a razor in the bathroom. The breakfast was below mediocre. For the first time in my life, I couldn't drink a cup of coffee. The hotel was beautiful in appearance, the front office employees were smiling. I think there is a problem with the housekeeping part.

The breakfast is very nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Jul. I think the only problem is the location of the hotel. The hotel is located at a crossroads. That's why there's traffic noise. Actually, these are also not a problem, but road noise comes to the rooms because the windows are not fully closed.
