A nice small hotel with delicious breakfasts, but there are problems with staff, cleaning, bed linen wear and plumbing.
In the kitchen, it turns out that you can only take a certain number of hot slices, which is not written anywhere, but we learned this from a disgruntled chef. Cleaning is incomplete, they don't always notice that the toiletries are out.
We were at this hotel on 16.09.23 - 18.09.23. There were no places in our department upon arrival, we settled in Hildegard Hotel 3* for a couple of days.
The hotel has been recently renovated, the interior is new: hall, dining room, swimming pool, rooms in bright colors, but traces of construction can be traced (such as cracks in doorways where concrete slabs are visible).
The hotel has two buildings, each with a small swimming pool.
It is not located on the main street, between the houses of local residents, you should not expect gorgeous views from the windows. 5-7 minutes to the sea.
There is no Russian-speaking staff, the cleaning is at an average level (as it seemed to me). The rooms are small but cozy.
A big plus is free wi-fi, works well both in the lobby and in the rooms (we lived on the 3rd floor).
There are no Russian channels on the TV, but there is YouTube.
I can't say anything about food, since we ate at our hotel.
In general, I liked the hotel. See the photo)
Great hotel. The service is at the highest level, the interior is just wow, the prices are pleasing, the sea is less than 5 minutes on foot. New furniture in the rooms and cleaning every day
