When the car window jammed (it wouldn't close), it couldn't be fixed quickly (we were driving in the mountains), but the team was able to find a place to close the window in the middle of the stream literally right away, and the next day the driver arrived to resolve the issue with the window. We lost a little time, but everything was resolved.

Excellent service! Everything was discussed in advance, explained, and the car was booked. On the appointed day, the car was delivered directly to the hotel. We created a separate chat room where you could annoy the guys with your stupid questions around the clock. I got a fairly fresh Toyota. At one of the locations, the wheel went down to zero, I wrote to the guys in the chat, they immediately replied, just a couple of minutes later, they dropped the coordinates of the tire shop. On the last day of renting a car, through his own fault, he got into a minor accident. The guys immediately sent an emergency commissioner, who arranged everything.
The deposit was returned to the card immediately after the car was delivered.
The process of receiving and handing over the car is very scrupulous, it is necessary to take a lot of photos of the car, which subsequently leaves no questions when handing over the car.
We threw off a lot of useful material to study how to properly deal with such a natural disaster as traffic in Sri Lanka, it helped a lot.

I booked a car on this website. I was incredibly satisfied with the service and the clarity of execution. The car was required in February, but already in December we discussed everything, the timing, cost, model of the car, I was assured that everything that was agreed now would remain at the time of the lease, which was still 2 months away. And without any prepayment!
And so it turned out. During the day of the lease, the administrator created a chat in which all the key performers and managers were present, everything was discussed there, photos were thrown off after the inspection, and in general any rental tasks were solved.
Fortunately, during a week of trips around the island, I did not have to use the help in this chat, everything went smoothly and without incident. But any hints and help can always be requested there.
By the way! We forgot some things at the check-out and while we were driving around the island for a week, we asked one of the managers to pick up our things and hand them over to the driver who will pick up the car from us at the end point. They met us halfway, everything was done in the best possible way, thank you again very much!
I rented a key car mainly due to the fact that the clearance is more or less better than ordinary sedans and it is narrower, which decides when traveling around the island, maneuvering between tuk-tuks with crazy buses (crazy bus) and indifferent dogs. Although, of course, in the same Ella, where serpentines and mountainous terrain were visible, it was a little difficult for the 0.6 engine, but nevertheless it coped perfectly, there were no complaints, I was pleasantly surprised.

Initially, they wrote off about everything, gave me answers to the necessary questions. On the appointed day, the car was delivered to the place where it was agreed. I was glad that we took into account the wishes about charging and holder. There was a problem during the rental process, I drove into a pit and a tire burst. As a result, the wheel had to be changed, but was not available, temporary repairs were made, and the next morning, by prior arrangement, the craftsmen drove up (100 km from the start of the lease!), took the car and returned it within an hour with a new wheel. The attitude towards people is simply disgusting! I wanted to book a house in Hikkaduwa through this website, so they don't answer my messages. They just ignore us, even though we were ready to post a deposit! They also did not offer something else! I do not recommend it!!!
