Either they are completely fucked up there or I do not know what they are like there.

It's a miserable place.

There is parking. There are sooo many people in the morning. You need to first find out if the doctor you need is eating, then then look at the queues because there are always a lot of queues, especially ultrasound and ENT. I was waiting for my turn for 2 hours on the 1st day
