I advise you to do your manicure elsewhere. Cool administrators, convenient location, beautiful and spacious salon. But don't expect a good manicure for that money. I went there for a long time, I really liked them. I tried to get to almost every master. Here's the result: the only adequate master is Maria, feel free to go to her. She's a smart girl, she tries, she puts the nail polish on smoothly, she treats her nails, which is enough for 2 weeks. The rest of the masters, what for 65p, what for 80p - they do poorly, they don't care at all, everything is crooked, they don't stain, the cuticle flakes off, they leave wounds on the cuticle :(The last master was Toma, after which my hands hurt due to cuticle injury for another 2 days. The most honest review. Very sorry.

The worst manicure I've ever had was done in this studio. I needed a manicure urgently, I paid attention to this studio - the rating is high, super. I signed up for a top master. Well, what can I say... They did it badly - that's not to say anything... It was not immediately clear, because oil and all that. I came home, washed, dried my hands - the cuticle was not carefully processed, after a couple of days it was already clinging with burrs. A week later, the corners on all the nails came off, and on the 9th day the coating completely peeled off (it fell off)) on two nails and the third on half. I had to sign up for repairs. It was necessary to redo the entire manicure in a good way, but three nails were blocked. Not only did the entire gel polish stack at the edges, forming ears at the edges, everything is uneven, so the next day it fell off on one redone nail at once, the second one is already peeling off... In general, wasted time and money. Manicure at the lowest level!!! The rating, apparently, they stuff themselves. It's terrible!!!
I read the answer of the salon.. Yeees... It turns out that I have an "excessive release of acetone" in their opinion, so the coating does not hold. Lovely! Why is manicure done in other salons - the result is completely different? And it lasts a long time... Strange... Thanks for the advice, I'll have to pay attention. And yet, after a manicure in the salon, oil is applied to the cuticle (whatever you call it), it's strange that you don't know.

I do not recommend this salon to those who want to leave with good nails and mood. To begin with, I was booked for a manicure and pedicure with a small time difference. I got a pedicure on time, there are no questions about it, then I waited 30 minutes before the manicure time and another 20 after. Here I already decided to ask if the master would be released soon, after which the administrator clarified and began asking me to reschedule for another day, since no one expected that the previous client would have a difficult build-up. But, to my great regret, I needed nails today, because I would no longer be able to find the nearest suitable free time. I decided to stay and wait another half hour. After this time, I was asked to go to another master so that "she would at least remove the coating and treat the nails." In general, after the nail treatment, I had two small cuts left, and the mood was already going to 0. By the time the master who was supposed to finish my manicure was free, I noticed that she was in tears! I tried to tell the administrator, "maybe you don't need to?the girl is crying," to which the receptionist said, "No, everything is fine." Probably everyone can imagine what quality manicure I got from a frustrated tired girl. I'll run through it quickly: I myself reminded you that you need to cut off the remnants of black lacquer before applying a new light gel polish. Then again, I asked if she would cut my mold before the gel polish, I was told to "cut it after." The result: a stiff gel along the edges on almost all nails, an uneven square shape, sawn edges of nails without varnish.
Thanks for the 10% discount, which did not close my mental trauma in any way. Now I have a fear of going to salons ☹️

Since then, I have continued to go to Hey beauty (a cozy and beautiful salon with adequate prices and a good attitude towards customers) and exclusively to this master - Tom is pleasant, always friendly and sociable. There have never been any complaints about manicure for so long (there have never been cuts, the treatment is always painless, neat and clean, the coating is worn steadily for 3.5 weeks, or even a month - just perfect, withstanding even general cleaning of the apartment). I am very upset about visiting this salon. I signed up for a new manicure as soon as I walked out the door and redid it 2 days later.
The master took off the coating very painfully, as I have said more than once, but nothing has changed.
The varnish is applied to the cuticle, and somewhere the nails are not painted at all. But the most unpleasant thing is that there are cuts.
It is very sad that such a beautiful salon and such poor service.

I signed up for a haircut at the salon in a month. A few days before the recording, dancing with a tambourine began from the salon with a request to postpone the time. Okay, we've agreed here and rescheduled the time.
I specified in advance how much a haircut costs. The answer was 25 BYN. As a result, I was charged 40 BYN. As I understand it, 15 rubles were spent on washing my head, although I came with a clean one… Apparently not clean enough for this salon.
For the first time in my life, I wanted to CRY FROM the PAIN of a haircut.
I came to the salon to get a haircut, not to pull out all my hair trying to comb it.
Yes, I know that my hair gets tangled easily, so I always come with a clean head and combed hair so that they don't wash or comb it.
By the way, the haircut itself took about two minutes. The rest of the 60 minutes was spent on insanely painful attempts to comb and dry my hair.
If I had nothing to compare it with, then I would think that this is the norm and that it's my own fault that I don't take good care of my hair. But alas, I've been getting my hair cut for 30 years!! And it has never hurt me so much. And I've never seen such indifference from the master to my pain-distorted face either.
And how I feel sorry for every hair pulled out…

I visited this salon for the first time, in fact, I had mixed impressions. I must say right away, I am writing a review without negativity and anger, just stating the facts.
Of the advantages:
1. The receptionist is very polite and sweet, offered tea and coffee immediately, the master is also very pleasant (the hostess of the salon)
2. The manicure was done very quickly in just an hour.
3. Of course, the location is in the very center.
Of the cons:
1. I was in this salon for the first time and asked the administrator in advance by phone if I would have a 10% discount on the first visit - the administrator replied that it would be. However, when I went to the checkout after the manicure, I was not offered any discount, I was not asked if I was a regular customer or came for the first time (yes, I did not remind myself about the discount and then reread the terms of their "promotion" and that you need to talk about the discount yourself. Listen, well, in my opinion this is wrong, because I believe that if a salon takes such money for a manicure and positions itself as a cool salon, they should ask and offer such things themselves, they do not keep silent about promotions and discounts, they should ask and offer them to everyone. But this is purely my opinion, I really didn't like it.) Moreover, it was also news to me that when you make a French jacket, it's plus 10p (the master and the administrator did not warn me about this, but it is not indicated on the site!!! It is written simply manicure + gel polish from a top master = 60p)
We sum up everything and get 70p for the work of a top master.
2. A little bit about the work of the master. As I said, the job was done very quickly. However, not to say that a manicure for such a price looks just perfect, it is not. I didn't notice it right away, only when I came home. The coating is smooth and beautiful, but there are small protruding cuticles, uncut skin and dirt under the nails. I would have no questions about this manicure if it cost 45p, but not 70... sorry.

Even 5 hours after I had my manicure, the nail polish on the tip of my nail broke off, I began to look closely and noticed that there were bald spots on 3 nails of the top. You know, I've been painting my nails with gel polish myself for 3.5 years and I've never had a nail polish chip in my life (I'm self-taught) for me it was just an incredible shock.
Moreover, when I came to fix the chip, the administrator and the master began to tell me that the sticky layer was to blame, and in general I touched it when I lowered it into the lamp, etc. BUT it was not the TOP master's fault!!!
To sum up, there are more minuses than pluses for me. I do not want to return to this salon. I wish the masters and the hostess of the salon to devote more time to quality, not speed:)
