The format of classes is generally interesting, creates a playful atmosphere and helps to maintain discipline, especially for those who are just starting their way in fitness. The format helps beginners to overcome the first threshold and get into the rhythm of training. Definitely worth a try.

I recently started visiting this gym. New training methods, Italian simulators, and most importantly excellent trainers! There is an application that shows your training progress.
