I received the products several times. Everything is organized with dignity, there is an electronic queue terminal that distributes citizens to the cash register or to the pick-up area. There are three computer stations for logging into your personal account and accessing the electronic product catalog. There are several tables with price lists, as well as forms for filling out an application for products.
With all the previously mentioned positive aspects, I saw a big DRAWBACK: There are difficulties with ordering directly at the office, through the form and payment through the cashier, citizens who do not have an IIN (individual identification number) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a citizen of Russia who does not have an IIN, were refused to accept the application and payment, had to make an application online and pay with a friend's card (citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan), and no IIN was not required.
I informed the cashier that a couple of months ago, without having an IIN, I freely purchased products at the company's representative office in Ust-Kamenogorsk, filling out exactly the same form in the hall and paying in cash. As a result, at the company's representative office in Astana, I was still denied the opportunity to purchase for cash, although all the columns of the form were filled in (full name, ID of the preferred client, etc.).
My personal opinion is that the refusal was not justified, I could not get documentary confirmation of the words from the cashier.
In general: I recommend that citizens of other countries use online ordering and card payment through the company's LC, and use the office only to receive Goods.
